iPhone 17 Pro Leak: Sleek Camera Bar, Lighter Build..

iPhone 17 Pro to Sport Revamped Camera Bar Design, Lighter Build, and Two-Tone Finish, Claims Leak

The upcoming iPhone 17 Pro is poised to feature a prominent rear camera bar, echoing design elements previously leaked for the standard iPhone 17 Air, according to new renders shared by Jon Prosser of Front Page Tech. While the horizontal camera bar aligns with earlier rumors, Prosser notes that the internal camera layout itself remains unchanged from current models.

The redesigned rear panel reportedly includes an elongated camera housing that integrates the LED flash, microphone, and LiDAR scanner on the right side. Prosser further claims the device will shed weight compared to its predecessors, though it remains unclear whether Apple will opt for titanium or aluminum to achieve this. A two-tone finish is also expected, with the camera bar appearing darker than the rest of the back panel for a distinctive aesthetic.

Adding to the leaks, industry insider Majin Bu corroborated details about the iPhone 17 series’ camera setup. Bu emphasized that the Pro model’s camera module will be wider than the single-camera system on the iPhone 17 Air, adopting a rounded rectangular shape. Notably, the base iPhone 17 model may see a repositioning of its main and ultra-wide cameras, with the smaller ultra-wide lens potentially concealed under the Dynamic Island’s components.

While Apple has yet to confirm any details, the iPhone 17 lineup is anticipated to launch in September 2025. More leaks about the design and specifications are expected to surface in the months ahead as production plans solidify
